Vehicle listings identify whether collection, arranged delivery, or both are available. Delivery may be completed by Lone Star Single Cabs or a specialist vehicle carrier. Transport services for passengers are not governed by this Shipping Policy.
Delivery is available only to locations confirmed during order review. Current delivery areas are USA & UK. International delivery, import, or export is offered only when stated in writing and when legal, carrier, customs, and insurance requirements can be met.
The delivery cost is shown on the product page, at checkout, or in a written quote before the customer accepts the final order. Cost may depend on distance, vehicle size, carrier availability, delivery type, insurance, access restrictions, customs, and local fees.
When a precise quote is needed, the initial website order is treated as a request. No binding sale or payment obligation arises until the customer receives and accepts the final total, delivery method, and estimated timing.
Delivery planning begins after order acceptance, cleared payment, identity verification, and completion of required documents. Processing begins once the required order information has been verified.
Estimated delivery timing is displayed or confirmed before the final order. Domestic vehicle delivery commonly depends on carrier scheduling and route availability. Any estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the order expressly identifies it as guaranteed.
For UK distance sales, goods will be delivered within the agreed period or, when no period is agreed, within the period required by law.
Customers receive available carrier or scheduling updates by email, telephone, or text message. Tracking may not show continuous location information for specialist vehicle transport.
The customer must provide an accurate delivery address, safe access, a reachable contact number, and an authorised adult to receive the vehicle. The customer must also arrange any required insurance, registration, permits, or access approval.
The customer should inspect the vehicle on arrival and compare its condition with the delivery record. Visible damage or missing items should be recorded with the driver before signing where practical and reported to info@lonestarsinglecab.com as soon as possible.
Additional charges may apply when delivery fails because the address is inaccurate, access is unsafe, the recipient is unavailable, required documents are missing, or the customer refuses delivery without a lawful reason. Charges will reflect reasonable carrier and handling costs.
Weather, road conditions, carrier changes, customs, inspection, documentation, and events beyond reasonable control may cause delay. We will provide a revised estimate when reliable information becomes available. Customer cancellation rights remain available where required by law.
Responsibility for loss or damage before delivery is determined by the sales agreement and applicable law. Customers should contact us promptly so the carrier record, photographs, and delivery documents can be reviewed.
Collection instructions are sent after the order is ready. Vehicles must be collected within the agreed period. Storage or rescheduling charges may apply after reasonable notice if collection is delayed by the customer.
